Caz persuaded me...
I become a jigsaw member when I joined the beach hiit classes during lockdown – I was delighted to be able to get outside and exercise! Caz had mentioned vibe cycle a few times and as lockdown eased and classes started up again she mentioned that I should give it a go. I was dead against it – I’d heard all the horror stories of ‘spin classes’ ending with people falling off bikes with exhaustion and getting sore bums from bike seats and was adamant it wasn’t for me!!! Anyway Caz persuaded me Vibe Cycle would be different and I gave in and said I’d do one class but that was that – it’s now a good 3 months later and I’m doing at least 2 vibe cycle classes a week! It’s brilliant – the music is fabulous and picking up the routines was simple. The instructors are engaging and make the classes a laugh. I feel like I’ve had a thorough workout after each class – I’m a sweaty mess but it doesn’t feel like a chore….it’s really good fun!!! X

Jigsaw fitness has changed my life...
I was very nervous about joining in with any sort of exercise as my fitness levels have never been good. However since joining Caz and her team I am exercising 5 times a week and loving it. Everyone is always extremely friendly and welcoming regardless fitness levels or ability. I love being part of the jigsaw family! Thanks Caz xx

The rewards are worth it...
I have been a member of numerous gyms over the years and none have come close to the welcome I received from Caz and her team at Jigsaw Fitness. The classes are small and friendly, encouraging and inspiring. So many great classes to choose from but don’t expect an easy ride though, you will work hard but the rewards are worth it. Don’t just think about joining the Jigsaw Fitness family. Do it. You won’t regret it .
